Bihar minister kidnapping case

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar changed the portfolio of minister Kartikeya Kumar, accused in a kidnapping case, late last evening.

CM Nitish Kumar swapped the department of minister Kartikeya Kumar and gave him the responsibility of sugarcane department.

Whereas Sugarcane Minister Shamim Ahmed will be the new Law Minister in his place.

After the formation of the new government in Bihar, all the ministers took oath and took over the work of their departments.

But after taking oath, the ministers of the Nitish government got into controversies.

This is the reason why BJP is attacking the law minister Kartikeya Singh in the Nitish cabinet.

Karthikeya Singh is an accused in the kidnapping case, a warrant has also been issued on him.

A warrant was issued against RJD MLC Singh in a kidnapping case against Bihar Law Minister Kartikeya Singh.

He was to surrender in the court on August 16, but he did not reach the court.

However, he took oath as the Law Minister on the same day.

However, Kartikeya and his lawyer claim that they have got anticipatory bail from the court in this case.
