The Kosovo police have announced that they have arrested the fifth person suspected of raping a minor in Pristina.

The press release states that the fifth arrested person is being interviewed at the police station.

"As a result of the work, commitments and intensive investigations by the Kosovo Police, now even the fifth suspect who was wanted by the police is being interviewed by the regional investigations of DRP Prishtina.

"All further police actions related to the suspect who is suspected of being involved in the 'rape' case that happened in Pristina, will be undertaken in cooperation and coordination with the justice bodies," the announcement states.

Otherwise, for the rape of the 11-year-old in Pristina, five people were arrested, four in the past two days and one today.

In a park in the capital, an 11-year-old girl was stopped while walking and then sexually assaulted by several people.

The serious incident is claimed to have happened after three people stopped the 11-year-old who was walking.

The three persons had approached the minor and teased her with the words "I like you, honey", while one of the suspects had started to touch her stomach and lower back with his hand.

The file of the prosecuting body shows that the suspects had taken off the minor's clothes in the park.

After they stripped her, the file describes that one of the suspects was holding the victim's hands and mouth while the other was sexually assaulting her.

According to the description of the prosecution, the rape continued and the one who was holding her hands, then started sexually assaulting her.

After being raped by the first two suspects, the victim was stopped by another person near her home.

He had put the 11-year-old in the car together with three other people and sent her to a place where there were only trees and grass.

There it is described that the victim was raped again.
