Dubai .

According to a Bloomberg report,

  this is the biggest residential property deal ever in the city.

Two people associated with this deal gave this information.

The property is built on Palm Jumeirah Beach and was bought earlier this year for Mukesh Ambani's younger son Anant.

A person on condition of anonymity said that this palm-shaped man-made island is in the northern part of Palm Jumeria.

The local media had told without informing the buyer that there are 10 bedrooms in this house.

There is a private spa and there are indoor and outdoor pools.  

Dubai remains a popular property market for the rich around the world.

A long-term golden visa is being given to those who buy property here.

According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Anant Ambani is one of three heirs to Mukesh Ambani's $93.3 billion estate.

Mukesh, the world's 11th richest man, is now 65 years old and is slowly handing over the reins of his businesses to his children.   

There are many big hotels, well-known clubs, spas and restaurants on the Palm Jumeria Beach of Dubai.
