Efforts have been going on for the last several days to bring down the Twin Towers.

To bring down these towers, 3,700 kg of explosives have been installed in them.

Local people reached there in the middle of the night with the intention of seeing these tall buildings for the last time.

Before these grand atlases turned to dust and were recorded in history, people took pictures of them.

Police and security personnel have been deployed in Sector 93A since Saturday evening.

The enthusiasm to see these buildings was clearly seen among the children who reached there.

The girl named Riya was sleeping, but her father reached there with her.

She said that she had come one last time to see the Twin Towers.

The girl, about six years old, turned around her father and said, "I have been told that there will be a blast here during the day."

His excited mother was taking pictures of the Twin Towers with her mobile phone.

Hilal Ahmed, a resident of Sector 110, Noida, was also present there along with his family and relatives.

He said that he had mixed feelings about this action.

'No more happiness, no more sadness,' he said, "There is definitely a risk to the surrounding buildings. We are enjoying it here because it is the last day of this building."

Wearing a polo t-shirt, Ahmed said, "It is also a message to the builders that wrongdoings will be detected and tracked. The message is good."

These two illegal towers will be demolished by the blast on Sunday at 2.30 pm.

This whole process will take 10 to 12 seconds.

For the demolition of the towers, the team of Jet Demolition, Edphis Engineering and CBRI continued to finalize the preparations for checking the wire attached to the explosive inside the tower and pressing the 'trigger' on Saturday.

The Noida Authority and the police officers were busy in rectifying the surrounding system.

To demolish the 103 meter high Apex and 97 meter high Cyan Tower built in Sector-93-A, 3700 kg of explosives have been planted on different floors.

For security reasons, flats of Emerald Court and adjoining societies will be vacated.

Apart from this, about three thousand vehicles and 200 pet animals will also be taken out.

Mayur Mehta, project manager of Edphis Engineering, said that the 'trigger' would be pressed at 2.30 pm after getting approval from the police.
