India's Vande Bharat Express crossed the speed limit of 180 kmph in its trial run on Friday.

Giving information about this, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav wrote on Twitter, "Vande Bharat-2 speed trial started between Kota-Nagda section at 120/130/150 & 180 kmph."

Let us tell you that during the preliminary investigation of Vande Bharat train, washing and cleaning was done in the washing pit.

Apart from this, all types of equipment and panels of the train were also checked.

The Vande Bharat speed trial was conducted on the Kota-Nagda railway section at different speed levels.

The team of RDSO (Research, Design and Standards Organisation) has carried out detailed oscillation test of a 16-coach prototype rake of the train set with a maximum test speed of 180 kmph with the newly designed Vande Bharat train set. 

Various phases of trials were conducted in Kota Division.

The first phase trial is at Kota and Ghat, the second is at Barna and the ghat, the third trial is on the down line between Kurlasi and Ramganj Mandi, the fourth and fifth trials are on the down line between Kurlasi and Ramganj Mandi and the sixth trial is between Kurlasi and Ramganj Mandi and The down line between Laban was done on the down line.

During this, the speed touched 180 kmph at many places.
