In an effort to escalate the situation in the northern part of Kosovo and to find a solution for reaching an agreement on license plates, identity cards and the final agreement today in Pristina, the two emissaries, the one from the USA and the EU, will hold important meetings. 

Until Tuesday, the envoy of the United States of America, Gabriel Escobar, came to visit Pristina in connection with the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, today he is joined by the envoy of the European Union, Miroslav Lajçak, in meetings with the heads of state.

Telegraph learns that Escobar and Lajçak will meet with the president of the country, Vjosa Osmani, at 14:00, and with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi at 15:00.

The pair will also meet with the leaders of the opposition parties at 16:00.

After these meetings, on Thursday the two emissaries are expected to visit the northern part of the country.
