Delhi government has taken strict action in case of non-admission of students in EWS category.

Taking major action against a school for not admitting students in the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category, the Delhi government has canceled its recognition.

The Education Department of Delhi Government has withdrawn the recognition of JD Tytler School on the recommendation of SC/ST Welfare Committee.

Showcause notice was served to the school several times after it refused admission to students under EWS quota.

The school was given show cause notices several times, but it refused to admit students under EWS quota and provide stationery.
