The Presidency of Kosovo has reacted to the claims of the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, that the Chechen and Circassian forces are conspiring to kill the Serbs of Kosovo.

These narratives of Vučić have been supported by the media which are pro-government in Serbia, writes Telegrafi.

The Presidency of Kosovo reacted to these statements, calling them slander.

President Vjosa Osmani's chief of staff, Blerim Vela, in a Twitter post, said that these statements are Vucic's next slander and that they serve Russia's narrative.

"Serbia's pro-regime media is reinforcing the misinformation promoted by Aleksanadar Vučić during yesterday's press conference: No Albanians from Kosovo joined the war in Ukraine.

No Chechen or Circassian conspired to kill Kosovo Serbs.

This misinformation serves Russia's narrative," Vela emphasized.
