In July 2021, Skurko and his other colleagues were arrested for allegedly organizing protests, but as a result, no charges were brought in connection with the protests.

Andrei was sentenced to 2.5 years of imprisonment under Article 216 ("Causing property damage without signs of theft").

At the same time, the company itself has never filed a complaint.

At the beginning of June 2022, Andrei was transferred to colony No. 15 in Mogilev.

From there, he writes poems for his little son Tomashik — and they turn into cartoons when he is free.

According to the verdict, Andrei Skurko should be released on August 18, 2023.
