The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MASHTI), Arbërie Nagavci, said that the first grade students in the schools of the two countries, Albania and Kosovo, from this year will learn with a common primer.

Nagavci said through the media conference that all the procedures of the joint primer have been completed.

She said that from September 1, together with the Minister of Education and Sports of Albania, Evis Kushi, they will inaugurate the joint primer of the two countries.

"As for the common primer, all procedures have been completed for this as well.

We have asked the publishing house to send the digital copy to schools, so that first grade teachers can prepare and work successfully with these students.

I wish that we don't have serious problems and on September 1st, the little ones of the first grade will have the primer in their hands.

We have planned that the Minister of Education and Sports of Albania, Evis Kushi, has expressed her willingness and desire to be here on September 1, in Kosovo, to inaugurate this primer together," she said, adding that "we will be the same at the beginning of of the new school year, in Albania, making sure that even there the little girls will have the new primer and will work with the same text from the first grade".
