Kosovo Police announces that it has arrested two people in Ferizaj, as they are suspected of the criminal offense of 'Grievous Bodily Injury'.

According to the announcement, around 00:30 on Friday morning, the Police in Ferizaj had received information that in the village of Bibaj, precisely in the "Hib Petrol" restaurant, there was a case of bodily injury, where two people, one 22-year-old with the initials RU and the other 24-year-old with the initials QA, were beaten by two suspects, who then left the scene.

"Meanwhile, the two injured were sent to the Emergency Center in Ferizaj for medical assistance, while the injured RU was sent to the University Clinical Center in Pristina for further medical treatment," the press release states.

In this regard, the police of the station in Ferizaj had taken the necessary actions and the investigative police were involved in the case, who, under the authorization of the guardian prosecutor from the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Ferizaj, had started the investigations.

"After an intensive investigative work, gathering information in the field, watching security cameras, the investigating policemen managed to identify the suspects and their location and tonight around 20:30 they arrested the two suspects with the initials FH (MK) of aged 21 and LM (M/K) aged 23".

The suspects were then escorted to the police station in Ferizaj and after being interviewed by the investigating police, by the decision of the Prosecutor of the case, they were taken into custody for 48 hours, for further investigative procedures, while the case was described as "serious bodily injury".
