The Central Electoral Commission reminds that on August 22, 2022 the deadline expires, in which the print media and online news services should announce on their website and send to the Audit Chamber and the CEC the same conditions and prices provided to all parties , coalitions and initiative committees that have registered candidates for the elections scheduled for October 2, 2022.


By August 22, 2022, electronic media (with the exception of BNT and BNR and their regional centers) should announce on their website the same conditions and procedure for granting time to cover the election campaign of parties, coalitions and initiative committees that have registered candidates for the elections scheduled for October 2, 2022.

By September 2, 2022, electronic media with a national scope should send them to the Audit Chamber and the CEC, and electronic media with a regional scope to the Audit Chamber and RIC.

The prices provided cannot exceed the average market prices for commercial advertising in the last 6 months before the start of the election campaign.


The providers of media services should, within three days of signing the relevant contract, publish information about it on their website, including

and for the gratuitous contracts concluded with parties, coalitions and initiative committees that have registered candidates, and/or with another contractor in connection with the election campaign, including if the contract is concluded through an intermediary.

The information is removed no earlier than the announcement of the election results.
