International Space Station (ISS) .

This video is going viral on social media.

It shows how astronauts lift weights and exercise without gravity in space.

Samantha Cristoforetti of the Italian European Space Agency shared this great video on Twitter on Wednesday.

In this 73 second clip, Samantha explains why weight lifting is important.

Sharing her tweet, she said, "I am lifting weights where weight is not felt. Exercise in space and on earth helps us keep bones and muscles strong. So lift, push and strong Make bones." 

In this video, Samantha Cristoforetti is telling about the Advanced Resistive Exercise Device present in the International Space Station, which is used to strengthen muscles in space.

According to The Post, this video was captured during a space mission.  

He further said, "We do some squats, dig lifts every day and do many pressing and lifting exercises."

She says women especially after menopause have problems with weak bones, and I want to be active all my life, so I focus on lifting weights every day and making my bones strong. 


The video garnered over 32,000 views and thousands of likes on Twitter in just one day.
