Mel Brown, who was traveling by plane to Manchester after going on holiday in Cyprus, experienced the real drama inside the plane.

This terrified mum said she thought she was going to die when a passenger tried to open the plane door - shouting he would see everyone in heaven, the Telegraph reports.

Brown says he feared for his family's lives when a passenger began to act aggressive and threaten everyone while returning from vacation.

This mother of two returned to Manchester last night, after spending her holidays in Cyprus, when an incident occurred during her trip.

Mel explained how a passenger - who looked drunk - was worried and tried to open the emergency door.

She said he began to pray on the floor and asked other passengers to do the same.

Chaos broke out there as panicked passengers ran to the back of the plane, grabbed their children and shouted "help, we're going to die".

In those dramatic moments, the 32-year-old woman thought that her entire family was in danger.

Fortunately, some very brave passengers, including two off-duty policemen, managed to "neutralize" the troublemaker.

The pilot was forced to make an emergency landing in Zagreb, Croatia, from where the man who was waiting for him was taken out by the local police.

"I thought I will die and I will never see my family and children again.

I'm not the only one who thought this.

It was terrible, there were many women screaming and asking for help," she said at the end.
