The Democratic League of Kosovo has demanded the dismissal of Ambassador Martin Berishaj, while emphasizing that the Anti-corruption Agency has today filed a criminal complaint against Berishaj.

The dismissal of Ambassador Martin Berishaj is a necessity

Today, the Anti-Corruption Agency finally submitted a criminal complaint against the Kosovo ambassador to Croatia, Martin Berishaj;

on the shocking facts made public months ago.

The criminal complaint is the logical conclusion to a scandal of concealment of income of half a million.

The opening of investigations, but also the involvement of an ambassador of Kosovo in international financial scandals, seriously damage the image of our country, thus making it impossible to represent the state.

Therefore, until the conclusion of the case in question, we demand the dismissal of Ambassador Martin Berishaj;

as well as we request the clarification of each public official, who at the beginning of the outbreak of this scandal, had guaranteed and taken the ambassador in question.
