Five people died yesterday when a three-story administrative building collapsed in the city of Lisichansk in the "Luhansk People's Republic".

This was announced today by Andrey Marochko, an officer from the "People's Militia" of the pro-Russian separatist formation in Eastern Ukraine, quoted by TASS.
