Google warned its employees

Layoffs may fall on the employees working in Google.

, Google officials have reportedly issued a warning to their employees, saying that they (employees) should be ready for layoffs if they do not get better results for the company.

Earlier this month, Google CEO Sundar Pichai said that he is not satisfied with the work of many employees.

According to employees working in the Google Cloud Sales department, their senior executives have said that the company will review the overall sales productivity and if the next quarter's results do not show good results, they (employees) may face "difficulties".

After this warning, the employees working in the company are seen worried about their jobs. 

According to Pichai, the productivity of Google is less than where it should have been.

The company's earnings in the second quarter of 2022 were weaker than expected, as it did in the first quarter.

Pichai had said that Google would encourage employees to contribute more and more.
