Whether you like it or not, tomato is healthy and you should eat it as often as possible

Tomatoes contain a real treasure of vitamins A and C, vitamins B3 and B6;

they are also rich in magnesium that moves our muscles, chlorine and sulfur that help the liver and kidneys work better, which is essential in the body's detoxification process, Telegraph reports.

Ingredients:

– 10 kg of tomatoes,


– 5 soup spoons full of salt,


– a bag of grape powder for pickles,


– 2 bunches of parsley leaves.

Preparation:

Wash the tomatoes, clean the parts around the stems, then slice thickly and grind in the meat grinder.

When grinding, use a finer sieve so that the tomatoes do not turn into liquid.

Put the ground tomatoes in a large pot, add salt, grape powder and parsley leaves, which you previously chopped.

Mix everything well with a wooden spoon and let it stand for at least two hours.

Once again, mix the tomatoes, then pour into jars or wide-mouth glass bottles, seal hermetically and store in a cool place.

If you like a spicy taste, grind some chilies along with the tomatoes.
