The detainee said in his statement that he bought the drug online from a foreign drug dealer he met on a social network.

As a result of the next operations, 5 more people were detained - Parvin Abbasov, Tural Mahmudov, Allahverdi Hamidov, Elkhan Hajiyev and Elton Karimov, who were previously convicted for the same crime.

Regarding the facts, criminal proceedings have been initiated at the Mingachevir City Police Department, and an investigation is underway.
