Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski announces that e-GO electric cars will be produced for the first time in the country.

He emphasizes that in today's government session, the government's support for the realization of this multi-million German investment, which will make a great contribution to Macedonia's economy, has been approved.

"The first factory in the automotive industry is being built in TIRZ Tetovo, where fully electric cars will be produced for the first time.

With the construction of the new factory, we offer new jobs for our citizens, agreements for additional cooperation with other local companies, export of products with high added value, transfer of knowledge and technologies.

This is an opportunity for North Macedonia to be developed by foreign investors from the automobile industry", Kovacevski assesses.

With this investment, the Prime Minister adds, the Government is doing everything to ensure a better future for the citizens of North Macedonia.

A multi-million investment by NEXT.E.GO MOBILE SE, Aachen, Germany in TIRZ Tetovo will open 3000-4000 new jobs.

"The benefits of this investment are multiple, from the opening of new jobs, the export of products with high added value, the transfer of knowledge and technologies, mapping the country for foreign investors in this field, to contracts and jobs extra for local companies", announced the Government./Telegrafi/
