, shows that yogurt can promote weight loss.

Yogurt contains probiotics, good bacteria that promote the health of the digestive system and reduce the level of bad bacteria.

Numerous studies have shown that yogurt can help reduce chronic inflammation in the body, improve the body's sensitivity to insulin, and reduce cortisol levels.

All of these are benefits that help prevent the accumulation of fat in the abdominal area.

75 people suffering from obesity participated in the research.

The participants had to follow a different type of diet for a period of 8 weeks: take plain yogurt and follow a low-calorie diet, take yogurt enriched with probiotics and follow a low-calorie diet and take yogurt enriched with probiotics and eat normally - reports KP.

At the end of the study period, the scientists observed the greatest weight loss in the participants who took yogurt enriched with probiotics and followed a low-calorie diet.
