The fire in the forest massif of the village of Pastrovo in Stara Zagora has been brought under control.

7 uninhabited houses burned down there, no one was injured.

The fire started from dry grass in an abandoned house.

An elderly woman's home had to be evacuated.

The element also covered the forest massif above the village.

12 firefighting teams, forest officials and volunteers took part in extinguishing it, BNT reported.

Their work was hampered by the strong wind, which changed its direction.

Throughout the night, duty teams remained in the village.
