Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has hit back at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

He said on Wednesday that after the 2020 assembly elections, the BJP should have made its senior most leader Sushil Modi as the Chief Minister of the state.

This statement of Nitish Kumar has come at a time when Sushil Modi has been attacking CM Nitish one after the other for the past two days.

In response to a question asked about Sushil Modi, Nitish Kumar said that he (Sushil Modi) has been my good friend.

Don't know why he was not made the Chief Minister of the state?

Had they been given this responsibility, what has happened today might not have happened.

Nitish Kumar said during this time that his party was not ready to stay with BJP in any condition after seeing its performance in the last assembly elections, but BJP leaders kept stopping him from doing so.

In a conversation with NDTV, he claimed that many JDU leaders had come to the BJP.

He said that you make Nitish Kumar the Vice President and you rule in Bihar.

Due to this Nitish Kumar has betrayed the BJP.

BJP made Nitish the CM five times, Nitish and BJP had a 17-year association, which Nitish broke.

In 2020, Nitish got votes in the name of Narendra Modi, not in the name of Nitish Kumar.

He said that Tejashwi Yadav is out on bail.

This step of Nitish is an insult to 30% of the most backward.
