His goal is to get into IIT Mumbai or IIT Delhi as a computer science student.

Shrenik, who studied at Maharishi Public School in Amravati, secured 99 per cent in Physics and Chemistry and 98 per cent in Mathematics in the CBSE Class 12 exams.

Shrenik said that the lockdown and online studies came as a blessing to him due to which he has got success in JEE Main.

He said, “I have always been a self-study.

Students who struggle with self-control may find it difficult to learn online as they can be easily distracted by gadgets or other things.

For me, it saved commuting time and gave me a full day to study at home at my convenience.”

“Since I am distracted, I studied for only six or seven hours a day, but during that time there was no loss in my concentration. My younger sister was giving her class 10 exam this year, so the atmosphere at home was also conducive Because our mother made sure that we were not distracted during the study hours.

People go to hostels to avoid distraction, but if such an atmosphere is found at home, then why go to a hostel.”

Shrenik has studied course material and alumni placements in various IITs and hence, wants to take up computer science at IIT Delhi or Mumbai with a focus on data science.

He had earlier topped his previous school in class 10th, which was affiliated to IGCSE with 98.4 percentile, but switched to a CBSE school for the NCERT syllabus as it helped him prepare for JEE Main exam in a better way. has been found.
