event news

"Establishment Day of King Prajadhipok's Institute" on September 5th, as I see fit...

I usually put them in the Saturday column.

This will be a short writing of the tasks of the week.

Enough to know what will be

that I use the name

"Saturday Assorted" Those who are following this column probably already know.

But because this year there will be a very interesting keynote speech.

By the Speaker of the National Assembly, Chuan Leekpai, I thought that it should be brought up to write the whole column.

in order to mention other activities at the same time

As for the history of King Prajadhipok's Institute, many of you probably already know that it was the initiative of Professor Marut Bunnag, who served as the President of the National Assembly in 1993, which was the 100th anniversary of the birthday of King Prajadhipok's Institute.

His Majesty King Rama VII, the King

Who signed and bestowed the first constitution to the Thai people on December 10, 1932.

President Marut saw that our country should have an institution.

To honor His Majesty King Rama VII and to serve in research studies as well as training to disseminate knowledge about democracy to the Thai people, etc.

Therefore, a committee of the National Assembly was set up to study until it came to a conclusion and received royal permission to invite the name "Phra Prajadhipok" to be the name of the institution.

as well as being drafted

The Act was established and announced in the Royal Gazette on September 4, 1998.

Throughout the past 24 years, King Prajadhipok's Institute has performed its duties well and completely in accordance with its stated objectives.

especially in terms of educating democracy through the College of Politics and Governance, known as the Phor Por Ror course, is a popular course for senior executives in the political sector.

The public and private sectors are highly one course.

As for the 24th anniversary celebration of the establishment of King Prajadhipok's Institute on September 5, 2022, here are the details in brief:

The event will begin at 4 p.m. at the Royal Jubilee Ballroom, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani building with registration and screening for COVID-19 until 6 p.m. official

By the President of the National Assembly, Chuan Leekpai

After the opening remarks, Chairman Chuan will give a keynote speech that I mentioned in the beginning on the topic "Looking Back and Facing Thai Democracy".

At the end of President Chuan's speech, there will be a plaque of honor for outstanding organizations and outstanding alumni.
