Let us inform that out of 243 seats in the Bihar Assembly Election 2020, Nitish's party JDU won 45 seats.

Whereas BJP had won 77 seats.

Despite JDU winning fewer seats, the BJP had made Nitish the Chief Minister and handed over the command of the state to him.

In Bihar Assembly Elections 2020, Rashtriya Janata Dal won 79 seats and Indian National Congress 19 seats.
