The Sofia District Prosecutor's Office prosecuted a 45-year-old man who threatened to kill a woman, the prosecutor's office announced.
The incident took place on August 5 in the village of
"Mladost 1-A" in Sofia.
The accused threatened to kill the woman by grabbing her right arm, pointed a gun at her and told her: "I will kill you".
A pre-trial proceeding was instituted.
The man was detained for 72 hours, the prosecutor's office is yet to ask the court for his permanent stay in custody.
