According to the law "On labor pensions", the list of adaptation of the duties of military personnel to existing military service positions has been changed if the military service position for which the provision cost is calculated when a military serviceman or the family members of a deceased military serviceman apply for a pension.
APA informs that this was reflected in the change made to the Cabinet of Ministers decision No. 30 dated February 27, 2013.
According to the decision, military commissariats of the Republic of Azerbaijan (with the exception of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic) (a military service position that did not exist at the time when a military serviceman or family members of a deceased military serviceman applied for a pension) and the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan ( Except for the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic) (Existing military service position) the adapted duties have been given in the new edition.
