Four Bulgarian sailors from the ship "Rozhen" are returning to Varna, the director of the Bulgarian Navy, Capt.

Alexander Kalchev.

The vessel arrived in Istanbul, where the crew will be replaced and replenished.

"Rozhen" is one of three ships that sailed from Ukraine on Friday loaded with grain.

Today, a new convoy departed from Ukrainian Black Sea ports, and for the first time since the beginning of the war, a foreign merchant ship docked on the Ukrainian coast.

All this gives hope for the recovery of the stable export of Ukrainian products.

"Rozen" passed through the Bosphorus after receiving approval from the Joint Coordination Center in Istanbul.

Four Bulgarians from the crew have disembarked on the Turkish coast and will return to Varna late tonight or early tomorrow morning, the director of BMF Shipping Captain Alexander Kalchev told BNT.

While "Rozhen" is still in Istanbul, its crew will be increased to 18 people.

In the city, ships carrying Ukrainian products go through checks before continuing on their route.

"Rozhen", which is supposed to deliver 13 thousand tons of corn to Great Britain, is part of the convoy that sailed from Ukraine two days ago.

Today, four more ships left for Istanbul - three from Chernomorsk and one from Odessa.

They transport nearly 170 thousand tons of grain and food products - oil to Italy, sunflower seeds to China and corn to Istanbul and Iskenderun.
