China's maritime security administration has closed part of the waters of Bohai Bay.

APA reports with reference to TASS that the reason for this was the holding of military exercises.

Trainings will be held from August 8 to September 8.

"Military tasks will be carried out within the zone marked with dots.

Access to this zone is prohibited," the document states.

It should be noted that China has also closed a part of the Yellow Sea due to exercises.

On August 4, the Chinese armed forces began large-scale military maneuvers with missile launches in six waters around Taiwan.

The exercises were supposed to end at noon on August 7.

The exercises began a day after the US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's visit to Taipei ended.
