On Monday, Prime Minister Albin Kurti told the Italian newspaper "La Repubblica" that there is a risk of a new conflict between Kosovo and Serbia.

The former ambassador Vlora Çitaku, currently the vice president of the PDK, reacted to these statements.

Through a post on Facebook, Çitaku called for fear and panic not to stop, as according to her there will be no war in Kosovo.

She said that NATO is the guarantor of Kosovo's sovereignty and that Serbia is aware of what an open conflict with NATO brings.

"There was a war in Kosovo 23 years ago.

Some of us were adults and had the opportunity to fight back then.

In the meantime, Serbia today prefers the status quo, and preferably talks about stickers and barricades.

Conventional warfare is over.

Now the battles are of a different nature", stated Çitaku.

Meanwhile, Kurti said that "We risk war."

Behind Serbia is Putin.

I would not say that the risk is very high, because we also have a NATO contingent here, but it is certainly high.

We are a democracy that has an autocracy at the borders".

LDK also reacted to Kurti's statements.

He said that Kurti talks about war, not about integration or investments.

According to him, the prime minister wants the crisis, which is only in Vucic's interest./Telegafi/
