The Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, after declaring the journalist Daria Aslamova a person undesirable, said that her detention is irrefutable evidence of Russian intervention in the north of Kosovo.

Sveçla, through a reaction on Twitter, stated that this happened on the same day when the Kosovo police were attacked and only six days after Sunday's incidents in the north of the country.

He said that Daria Aslamova is a confirmed Russian spy engaged in war propaganda in Ukraine.

Today, under my authority as Minister of Internal Affairs, I have declared Daria Asmalova persona non-grata in the Republic of Kosovo for the next five years.
