Congress MPs Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi, who were detained during the protest on the issue of inflation, have been released after 6 hours.

In fact, Congress MPs today took out a march from Parliament to Rashtrapati Bhavan to register their protest on inflation and unemployment.

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi also participated in the march, however the march was stopped at Vijay Chowk and the MPs sat on a dharna there.

After this, many leaders including Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi were taken into custody by the police.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, while addressing the press conference, said that in the current era, we are witnessing the death of democracy, before starting a nationwide ruckus on inflation and unemployment.

He said that whatever India had built almost a century ago with bricks and stones, it is being destroyed in front of your eyes.

He said that anyone who stands against the idea of ​​dictatorship is targeted, thrown in jail, arrested and beaten up.

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi said that inflation has increased beyond the limit, the government will have to do something.

We are agitating for this only.

At the same time, Congress MPs arrived in Parliament wearing black clothes and went to the Well of the House and raised slogans.

Congress MPs created ruckus in both the houses.

Rajya Sabha proceedings were adjourned due to the uproar as Congress MPs in the Upper House of Parliament created ruckus over the alleged misuse of investigative agencies.
