In the near future, Vocational Training Centers will be opened in Barda and Guba regions by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

The Ministry told APA that an express labor market study was conducted by the Agency in order to adjust the vocational education in those Centers according to the labor market.

During the research, 40 micro, 130 small, 70 medium and 7 large employers were surveyed.

As a result, the demand for priority professions and specialties in Karabakh and Guba-Khachmaz economic regions was determined.

30 specialties to be taught in new Vocational Training Centers have been determined.

In the Karabakh economic region - logistics, computer repair and service specialists for seed production, seedling and seedling cultivation, storage and storage of agricultural products, veterinary assistant, gas equipment repair and operation locksmith, combi repairman, repairman-locksmith, furniture maker, car diagnostics and repairman, supply agent, food and non-food seller, controller-treasurer, butcher, electric and trolley driver, gas station operator;

In the Guba-Khachmaz economic district - e-trader, hairdresser, make-up artist, manicurist, laser technician, electrical installer for the second district, computer network administrator, bartender, barista, cook, call center operator, carpenter and parquet maker, CNC operator ( on woodwork), a locksmith on the repair of agricultural machinery and equipment, and a mountain-ski tourism guide.

In the next stage, it is planned to prepare educational programs for the mentioned professions and specialties and training materials based on these programs.
