The Basic Prosecutor's Office in Gjilan, in cooperation with the Kosovo Police - DHTN in Gjilan, after information that a suspected person is dealing with the sale and purchase of narcotics, by order of the court they raided his house, while the suspect was detained for 48 hours.

The police seized the following evidence: a small plastic bag with a suspected narcotic substance of the Marijuana type weighing 1.4 grams, a plastic bag with a suspected narcotic substance of the Marijuana type weighing 29.6 grams, a plastic bag with a suspected narcotic substance of the Marijuana type weighing 56.1 grams, an electronic - digital scale, a mill for grinding marijuana (grinder) as well as a quantity of small plasma bags (minigrips) that serve to package narcotics.

By order of the State Prosecutor, the suspect KB (1978) from Gjilan was detained for 48 hours, due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense "Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic or analogous substances ".

For the same, a request has been submitted to the Basic Court in Gjilan for the determination of the measure of detention.
