On the morning of August 3, police prisoner

Denis Kravchuk

, who is on trial as a participant in the 2020 protests, was questioned at the court.

He admitted his guilt in full.

In court, a heartfelt confession that Kravchuk wrote to the KGB was read.

In it, he reports that he transferred and hid money from Yuriy Zyankovych, believing that it would go to help the protesters.

Kravchuk stated that he did not participate in the conspiracy, although he did not agree with the official results of the 2020 presidential election.

According to "Vyasna", Yuras Zyankovych again refused to express his attitude to the accusations of organizing a conspiracy against him.

He told the court that he will express his opinion after the case materials are announced in court and the witnesses are questioned.

In this regard, the previously approved plan of the judicial investigation was changed and the prosecutor began to read the case materials.

In the court, the public prosecutor announced the information that Yuri Ziankovich wrote a petition and allegedly concluded an agreement with the investigation.

The terms of the deal remain unknown.

In the first days of the trial, the indictments were read to the police prisoners.

At this moment it is known that the 45-year-old member of the BNF Party, the former accountant of Zyankovich's Minsk firm "American Legal Center"

Olga Halubovych

and

Dzianis Kravchuk have admitted their guilt.

admitted partial guilt.

At the same time, he noted that he fully admits his participation in the "conspiracy".

Feduta also, answering the prosecutor's clarifying questions, expressed his opinion about who organized the military coup plot in Belarus.

"I believe that Shchigelski was the real organizer of the conspiracy, and Zyankovich was the accomplice," he said.

On August 1, the prosecutor read the indictment against the leader of the BPF Party,

Ryhor Kastusyov

.

Kastusyev pleaded not guilty to any of the charges brought against him.

Immediately after his arrest, Kastusiov wrote a heartfelt confession to the head of the KGB

, Ivan Tertel,

but at the court he stated that he was under pressure during the investigation.

According to him, his daughter and son-in-law were detained for some time.

"If your family is being repressed, you can write anything," he said.

130 of the Criminal Code (inciting social enmity).

Human rights activists recognized all but Zyankovich as political prisoners.
