The Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Dimitar Kovacevski, said that Macedonia appreciates the value of good and stable friendships even in times of crisis, therefore, according to him, the decision to send tanks to Ukraine was the right decision.

"We have always been on the right side of history.

We have also helped the Ukrainian people with humanitarian aid and taking care of refugees, some of whom are still here.

The Ukrainian people are our friends and we have shown that we are both a nation and a country that knows how to value friendship", Prime Minister Kovaceski said in a television interview.

The Prime Minister emphasized that Macedonia has harmonized its domestic policy with the policies of NATO and the EU, and for this we demand full membership in the Union.

He has also mentioned the opposition's allusions to the integration of the country into the EU, for issues which, according to them, violate Macedonian history, language and identity.

Kovacevski said that time is showing that every thought and lie said by the opposition is coming to light and the people are understanding the failed policy of OBRM-PDUKM.
