The inspection was carried out by a joint commission with representatives of Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the UN.

The inspection of the first grain ship from Ukraine, anchored at the Bosphorus, has begun

"Razoni" is the first ship to arrive from Ukraine under the agreement on the safe delivery of grain blocked at Ukrainian ports through the Black Sea.

According to Ukraine's Ministry of Infrastructure, supplies will currently be limited to three ships a day, and the monthly amount of grain that will be transported through the Black Sea Safe Corridor will not exceed 3 million tons.

Subsequently, both the number of vessels and the quantity of exports may increase.

The grain deliveries are made under an agreement signed in Istanbul on July 22 between Turkey, the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the United Nations, providing for the safe export of grain and food products from Ukrainian ports.

The agreement envisages the opening of three Ukrainian ports - Odesa, Chernomorsk and Yuzhny - for the grain, which could not be exported due to the already ongoing six-month war between Russia and Ukraine.

Separately, a Joint Coordination Center has been established in Istanbul, which will inspect the cargo.
