The director of the so-called Office for Kosovo, Petar Petkovic, stated today that "last night we were on the verge of serious conflicts, and at the same time he emphasized that "the only solution is dialogue and that Belgrade will be ready whenever invited by Brussels for a meeting".

He emphasized that the decision to postpone the deadline for entry and exit with Serbian documents in Kosovo has not removed the "fear and fear" of the Serbs.

"It is very clear, the Serbs understand this best, as does President Aleksandar Vučić, who all the time begged the representatives of the QUINT countries to react and stop the evil," added Petkovic.

He claims that the Serbian president has talked with many representatives of the EU countries, and that tomorrow a meeting is planned between Vučić and the Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg.

Petkovic has called on the QUINT countries to reach a compromise solution in Brussels that is considered acceptable to both parties.

According to him, only such a thing can lead to the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
