The Ministry of Health announced that during the last 24 hours, 1,480 new cases of coronavirus were registered in Kosovo.

New cases emerge after testing 3,702 samples and the percentage of positive cases is 39.97.

According to the announcement, 1,435 patients were cured in the previous 24 hours.

If compared to the previous day, there is a decrease in infections in Kosovo, because on Wednesday the health authorities reported 1,603 new cases, reports Telegrafi.

Currently, there are 10,684 active cases of coronavirus in Kosovo.

So far, health authorities have given over 1.8 million vaccines against this virus.

Since the first cases of coronavirus were reported in March 2020, the health authorities in Kosovo have registered 3,166 deaths.

An animal market in the Chinese city of Wuhan has been the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic, according to two new studies published in the journal Science.
