Two Muslim men have been arrested in connection with the murder of Karnataka BJP youth leader Praveen Nettaru.

The police gave this information on Thursday.

It is worth noting that

in

connection with the murder of Praveen Nettaru in Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka, the police had detained more than 5 people for questioning.

Talking to reporters in Sulia taluk of the district, ADGP (Law and Order) Alok Kumar had said that the matter is being investigated from all angles.

The ADGP had visited the Bellare area of ​​the taluk where the incident took place, he also reviewed the situation during this period. 

He said that when the situation started going out of control in Bellary on Wednesday, the police had to resort to mild lathi charge to disperse the furious mob.

Some people tried to demolish the vehicle of BJP state chief Nalin Kumar Kateel.

Dakshina Kannada District Deputy Commissioner KV Rajendra, SP Rishikesh Bhagwana Sonavane and other officials were also present on the occasion.

 It is noteworthy that 32-year-old Praveen, a member of the District BJP Yuva Morcha Samiti, was murdered by bike-borne assailants in front of his brother's shop on Tuesday night.

The murder created tension at many places in Dakshina Kannada district on Wednesday.

There were incidents of stone pelting at some places and the police had to resort to mild lathi charge to control the situation.
