Mariluz Franco:

Researcher and community social psychologist at the University of Puerto Rico.

She is a member of Colectivo Ilé, a Puerto Rican anti-racist work organization.

Uruguayan activist.

Activist and Secretary General of the World Afro Organizations Site

Zuleica Romay

: Cuban writer and researcher.

Director of the Studies Program on Afro-America at Casa de las Américas.

Marielle Franco

: She was a councilor for the Socialism and Freedom Party (PSOL) of Brazil and the fifth parliamentarian with the most votes in the 2016 Rio de Janeiro elections. Her fight focused on black women, the LGBTIQ+ community, against institutional violence and the Police abuse in the favelas. 

We are a varied and multifaceted team, we work together and although, until now, the only meeting place is a virtual space, we try that each meeting serves to understand each other from our physical and mental geographies and thus build this Podcast with a Latin American sound and the strength of a woman .
