The accused who demanded a ransom of 10 lakhs in the name of Goldie Brar gang has been arrested.

Acting on the instructions given by Faridabad DCP Crime Mukesh Malhotra to nab the accused involved in criminal activities to curb crime in the city, the crime branch team paid ransom in the name of Goldy Barar gang. The accused who demanded has been arrested.

Police spokesperson Sube Singh said that the arrested accused Satish is originally from village Pathholi in Champaran district of Bihar and currently lives on rent in Sheetla Colony, Sector-5 of Gurugram.

On July 15, the accused had demanded a ransom of Rs 10 lakh from Ishani Jewelers in the name of Goldie Brar gang.

This information was given by the owner of Ishani Jewelers at police station Sarai Khwaja.

On which immediately after registering a case, the search for the accused was started.

The crime branch team found in the investigation that the accused is in Gurugram.

After this, the accused was arrested from the area of ​​Sector-5 of Gurugram.

The police have produced the accused in the court and have taken him on police remand for 6 days. 

The accused told during interrogation that he, along with his Santosh and other associates, carries out the acts of ransom, cheating.

The accused has so far done 500 transactions in 20 accounts of the bank with his friends.

The accused's partner Santosh operates from his village Jokatiya.

Accused Santosh has gone to jail many times in the past in cases of ransom and cheating.

To catch the accused, the accused's village Jokatiya was raided twice in Bihar, but the accused escaped.

Two phones and four SIM cards used in the crime have been recovered from the accused Satish.

Accused Santosh has been booked for cheating and forging in Bihar.

The accused is absconding in both the cases.
