An unmanned aerial vehicle of the Turkish Air Force struck a convoy of the Kurdish "People's Defense Forces" in the northern Syrian province of Raqqa, BTA reports.

According to the Al Hadas TV channel, one of the field commanders of the Kurdish fighters was killed as a result of the attack.

On July 22, two Kurdish commanders and a fighter were killed in the vicinity of the city of Qamashla in the Syrian province of Hasakah, after their vehicle was fired from the air by a Turkish Bayraktar drone.

According to the Kurdish news agency Euphrates, since the beginning of June, when active military operations resumed in the northern and northeastern parts of Syria, Turkish drones have carried out 39 attacks.

According to the agency, 17 fighters of the "People's Defense Forces" were killed, as well as 12 civilians, including two children, and another 76 people were injured.
