"The country remains on the path of political turbulence, which will not meet the expectations of the people. Political formations are consolidating their hard cores in order to be able to count on success in early elections. In recent years, the legitimacy of Bulgarian institutions has been eroding and this is leading to pushback of voters. This means that the minority of voters who go to vote will determine the future of the majority of Bulgarians who do not want to vote."

This is what the leader of "Republicans for Bulgaria" told BNR

Republicans for Bulgaria is a political party in Bulgaria, established in 2020." Tsvetan Tsvetanov

Tsvetan Genchev Tsvetanov was born on April 8, 1965 in Sofia. In 1987, Tsvetanov started working.

According to him, the leaked recording of the stream from the DB meeting "embarrassingly showed how the political debates were actually conducted, and all the time we were left with the feeling that debates were being conducted about the management program and priorities."

"We have seen a way of treating political opponents. It turns out that the fight against corruption is not leading because we see accusations that someone belongs to certain economic circles, that corruption continues to be a major problem for the current administration."

In the program "Politically Incorrect", Tsvetanov added that the only useful move for GERB is early elections.

Tsvetanov asked GERB to admit the mistakes of its third government

"The DB's mistake is not significant, but GERB immediately took advantage. For them, the interest in early elections will strengthen interest in the locals in a year. Otherwise, they will have a serious problem because of the isolation they have fallen into... GERB have not changed, the loss of votes shows this, clearly the party has something it needs. Only one person will determine the rules of the game".

According to him, populism will dominate in a future election campaign, and this will disgust people and play with the hard cores of the systemic parties.

"The whole concept of today's government construction is building hatred towards the political opponent. What Boyko Rashkov did to the arrest of Boyko Borisov is absolutely unacceptable. There must be a revision of a government, but it must be procedurally supported... In society remains a feeling of symbiosis between Ivan Geshev and Boyko Borisov. But the truth will perhaps come out from the competent authorities and from the control by the EC with the mechanism".
