A 16-year-old girl was allegedly stabbed to death by a handicapped man in an incident of road rage in Chhattisgarh's capital Raipur on Sunday.

Additional Superintendent of Police (West) DC Patel said that the incident took place in Kanklipara area of ​​Azad Chowk police station area.

He said that the disabled cyclist, who was unable to hear and speak, did not react to the honking of the two-wheeler minor, after which the minor attacked the handicapped.

On the other hand, in an incident of road rage in Mumbai, a woman was kidnapped. 

The officer said that the girl allegedly stabbed the man on the neck with a knife he was carrying, leading to his death on the spot.

He said the minor was detained from Mandir Hasoud area and the weapon used in the crime has also been recovered from him.

Patel said the Azad Chowk police have registered a case under section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Arms Act.

The minor girl will be produced before the Juvenile Justice Board on Monday. 

Meanwhile, in an incident of road rage in Khar area of ​​Mumbai, the man and his sister allegedly kidnapped a beautician riding a two-wheeler.

Police said that three people have been arrested in this connection.

An official said that the car of the accused woman collided with the two-wheeler of the beautician (37).

The accused have been identified as Aya Kadawala and her brother Faiz Kadawala.

The incident took place on Khar Link Road late on Saturday night when a car driven by Aaya collided with the two-wheeler of the complainant, due to which a heated argument broke out between them, he said.

Meanwhile, Aaya called her brother Faiz who reached the spot with his friends. 

Quoting the FIR, the officer said, "They all started abusing and assaulting the complainant woman and her cousin.

The accused snatched the woman's gold chain and two-wheeler and tied her to his car and made her sit.

He went to a hotel in Bandra where he again abused and threatened the woman." The woman has named the brother-sister duo and five unidentified people in the FIR.

The officer said the police came on Sunday, arresting Faiz and another person under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) including 365 (secretly and wrongfully abducted with intent to hold a person hostage) and 392 (dacoity). arrested under
