The Office of the President of Ukraine announced the technical details of the agreement expected to be signed in Istanbul.

APA reports that Mikhail Podoliak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said this on Twitter.

"As for the Istanbul agreement on the export of Ukrainian grain, Ukraine does not sign any document with Russia.

We sign agreements with Turkey and the UN and undertake obligations before them.

Russia signs a mirror agreement with Turkey and the UN.

Russian ships will not have any transport escort and representatives in our ports.

In case of provocations, we will immediately respond militarily.

If necessary, inspections of transport ships in the waters will be carried out by joint groups," Podoliak noted.
