The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Information (MASHTI), Arbërie Nagavci, has announced that she has started solving a long-standing problem - that of diploma verification.

Through a post on Facebook, she announced that they have formed a Commission to deal with these cases, which has so far verified the diplomas of 15,468 students.

Further, he said that tens of thousands of Kosovo students who have completed their studies in higher education, for a long time have not been able to verify their diplomas and as a result have not been able to use them for education or employment abroad. country.

"This is because of the problems created with the books, as a result of falling prey to fraud, or even the negligence and mistakes of certain officials", wrote Nagavci on Facebook.

"In order to find a solution, I have formed a commission to deal with these cases.

Finally, after so many years, the Commission has so far made solutions for 15,468 cases and now these students can use their diplomas and continue with their plans for the future".

The commission, as the minister said, will continue dealing with the cases of students who were injured through no fault of their own.

"However, due to suspicions of misuse in this process, there are cases that we have addressed to the justice bodies and we expect them to be dealt with."
