In Istanbul, Ukraine announced the conditions under which it will sign an agreement on grain export with Russia.

APA reports that the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Oleg Nikolenko, said this while commenting on the negotiations in Turkey regarding the restoration of Ukrainian grain exports.

He said that under the auspices of the United Nations, negotiations on the restoration of Ukraine's grain exports are planned to be held in Turkey on July 22.

The press secretary added that at the end of the negotiations, a document reflecting the obligations of the parties regarding the safe operation of export routes in the Black Sea could be signed.
