The head of OBRM-PDUKM, Hristijan Mickoski, today declared that if a referendum is held, the citizens would declare only for the negotiation framework, but not for the constitutional changes.

He expressed his conviction that the highest legal act in the country will not be changed, and the Bulgarians will not become part of it, Telegraph Macedonia reports.

"Are they drums after the wedding, I don't know.

I will adhere to the Constitution, it provides for two types of referendums, after and before a decision is made.

The process of amending the Constitution does not depend on this.

Changing the Constitution, I said, will not happen.

Guarantee is the word of the 44 deputies of the OBRM-PDUKM coalition.

We are not focusing on this, we are focusing on the framework of negotiations where the protocol was introduced".

"Here the citizens must decide if they accept such a negotiating framework, which no member state has had.

Don't worry, the Constitution will not change.

I know that there are government installations in the opposition, where they will mine.

The constitution is secure.

We are talking about the framework of the negotiations", said Mickoski.

He added that Europe makes changes by force in Macedonia.

"We are used to living under pressure, it seems strange to us when there is no pressure.

Previously, they burned the car of the director of the public enterprise, last night the car of deputy Petar Ristevski was burned and his house was almost burned.

But he will cope with everything they are doing", Mickoski said when asked if there is pressure to support the constitutional changes.
